Located in Pienza, one of the most beautiful areas in Italy, characterized by a hilly landscape and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Fattoria Fregoli was established in the mid-19th century. At that time, the milling was done by driving the machines by pulling the animals, the pressing done with presses, and the separation took place over time. The Fattoria, with its 400 hectares under cultivation represents one of the oldest and largest farms in the Val d’Orcia.
